The Vendor Lease Process

THE VENDOR LEASE PROCESS

  1. DURING SALES CLOSE INQUIRE AS TO WHETHER THE PROSPECT WILL BE PAYING CASH OR WOULD LIKE TO FINANCE/LEASE THE EQUIPMENT.
  2. CALL OR FAX ADVANTAGE LEASING WITH THE CUSTOMER’S NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND THE COST OF THE EQUIPMENT.
  3. AN ADVANTAGE LEASING REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER TO DISCUSS WHICH LEASE OPTION WILL BEST MEET THEIR NEEDS.
  4. A CREDIT APPLICATION WILL BE FAXED FOR COMPLETION.
  5. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF COMPLETED APPLICATION, WE WILL COMPLETE OUR CREDIT PROCESS AND CONTACT YOU AND THE CUSTOMER TO REVIEW OUR DECISION AND/OR COMMITMENT.
  6. UPON THEIR ACCEPTANCE OF THE LEASE TERMS, DOCUMENTS WILL BE PREPARED AND SENT OVERNIGHT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER’S SIGNATURE.
  7. UPON RECEIPT OF THE SIGNED LEASE DOCUMENTS, A PURCHASE ORDER WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU AS WELL AS ANY DEPOSIT THAT IS REQUIRED.
  8. UPON RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT, A CHECK FOR THE BALANCE WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU.
